We use your information to operate and improve the Platform, match Requesters with Helpers, process payments, send transactional emails (task confirmations, receipts), and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We share information with: Helpers (your first name and task location when a task is accepted), payment processors (Stripe, for billing), identity verification providers (for background checks), and law enforcement when required by law.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
We use httpOnly cookies to manage authentication sessions. These cookies are not accessible via JavaScript and are automatically cleared on logout. We do not use third-party tracking cookies without your consent.
